Paid parental leave

Earlham offers up to twelve weeks of paid leave for new parents after the birth or adoption of a child. Details can be found in the employee benefit guide.

Retirement benefits

Financial Advisors from Millenium Advisory Services are available for virtual appointments to help you:

  • Review retirement plan changes.
  • Go through the financial planning process offered to all Earlham employees.
  • Retain Millenium for professional asset management of your retirement account.
