2023-24 Holiday Schedule
Holidays that fall on Saturday will be celebrated on the preceding Friday. Holidays that fall on Sunday will be celebrated on the following Monday.

1on these holidays, classes are in session and some employees may be required to work. If you are required to work, and you are administrative faculty, you will be given an alternate day off with pay. If you work and you are a staff member, you will be paid for your hours of work, as well as holiday pay.
2additional paid time off between Christmas and New Year has been approved by the President for 2023-2024
Time sheets
All time sheets are handled by our Paycom portal.
- Login to Paycom
- Select “Time Management” in the header’s navigation
- Select “Web Time Sheet” from the drop-down menu
Time-Off
Employees are able to check how much time-off they have accrued or request time-off using our Paycom portal. If you are having issues logging into Paycom, please email [email protected] for assistance.
- Login to Paycom
- Select “Time-Off Requests” in the header’s navigation
- Select “Request Time Off” or “Time-Off Balances” (for accrual info)
Financial Advisors from Millenium Advisory Services are available for virtual appointments to help you:
- Review retirement plan changes.
- Go through the financial planning process offered to all Earlham employees.
- Retain Millenium for professional asset management of your retirement account.
