1On these holidays, classes are in session and some employees may be required to work. If you are required to work, and you are administrative faculty, you will be given an alternate day off with pay. If you work and you are a staff member, you will be paid for your hours of work, as well as holiday pay.
2Additional paid time off between Christmas and New Year has been approved by the President for 2025-26.
3Holidays that fall on Saturday will be celebrated on the preceding Friday. Holidays that fall on Sunday will be celebrated on the following Monday.
Time sheets
All time sheets are handled by our ADP portal.
- Login to ADP
- Select Myself > Time & Attendance > My Time Entry” and click “Clock In” or “Clock Out” as appropriate
Time-Off
Employees are able to check how much time-off they have accrued or request time-off using our ADP portal. If you are having issues logging into ADP, please email [email protected] for assistance.
- Login to ADP
- Select Myself > Time Off > My Time Off and click “Request time off” button
- Note: In the “Hours Per Day Is Required” field, please enter 0.5 for a half day or 1 for a full day.
Financial Advisors from Millenium Advisory Services are available for virtual appointments to help you:
- Review retirement plan changes.
- Go through the financial planning process offered to all Earlham employees.
- Retain Millenium for professional asset management of your retirement account.
